Android Device BLE Disconnection: BLE Cache Clearing
Overview
For Android users on Mobius encountering any type of Bluetooth or BLE disconnected message, you will need to clear your Bluetooth cache. To do this, follow the steps below.
Steps:
- Open your Device Settings
- Enable BLE (Bluetooth)
- Select Apps
- Select display system apps (swiping left/right may be needed or try selecting the menu button)
- Select Bluetooth from the list then Storage (Some devices may require going to the Mobius application)
- Select Clear Cache
- Once the Cache has been cleared successfully, restart your device to complete the reset
- Power cycle all Mobius controlled devices
- Open the Mobius app once your device has been restarted
