Mobius: Basic BLE Connection Troubleshooting
Overview
Should you receive a "Can't Connect" or "Disconnect" error, you are likely exceeding the range of your Bluetooth-enabled devices or attempting to connect to the incorrect tank.
Steps:
- Move closer to your aquarium
- Ensure all Mobius controlled devices are powered on
- Select the 'Try Again" button
- Should you still experience a disconnection after attempting these steps, please power cycle all Mobius controlled devices and force close all apps including Mobius, then attempt re-connection
