Within the Mobius app, you have the ability to troubleshoot any issues you may be experiencing with your device's schedule. To begin Troubleshooting, please follow the steps below.
- Power on all Mobius controlled devices
- Open the Mobius app and select your tank
- Select the Settings tab, select Settings, then select Troubleshooting
4. Select Verify Settings first then Clock Errors (Search Network functionality will be added soon)
5. Under Verify Settings, Mobius will run a diagnostic on each device's schedule to ensure it's working properly
6. Under Clock Errors, you will be presented with the total number of Clock Errors for each Radion
